"A new employee helped me today, this is the second time I have interacted with him and both times he has been exceptional. I've worked at many auto parts stores before and the reason people always are back to deal with me, is the same reason they will start dealing with him . Because he's not trying to sell you the most expensive part they have , he was trying to make sure I got the part I wanted and he told the prices on the parts in all variables. Low,to medium,to high and he tried to get as much information about everything without being pushy. In my mind that's how you get loyal customers and make a connection with the customer. Their was another guy there I believe he may have been the night manager &he to was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help me . They deserve to be told they are doing a good job from their boss, because usually most people will be screwing around on their phones. But this was a good shopping experience,just wished that I had more money to keep buying stuff for my old junker dodge"

"Car people work here. They are gonna share their opinions if you open up for them to. They arent always correct about every single thing on every car. But customer service is absolutely amazing. They treat people as equals, they don't make you feel stupid for not Knowing what you are talking about. They don't expect you to be ASE certified just to buy parts. They've all had their fair share of issues with vehicles, and one way or another they help get the parts you need."
