"I'm giving one star cause a few of the employees and the manager was nice. We recently had our house to burn down and our insurance put us up there for a month and a half. We had two rooms. Most of the time I didn't ask for cleanings we kept it up ourselves so I'd keep the tags on our doors. One day I knew we needed our bed fixed and I asked the housekeeper on our floor to just come and make our bed and I removed the tag from door. She said she would then she never did and left. I went down to complain and I heard some of the house keepers talking bad about us and lying about our tag being on the door still and refused to come make the bed till the next day. So I put the tag back on the door till the next day and I caught one of the housekeepers using their phone to take pics of our door to cover their butts and make us look like liars!! I've heard the housekeepers yelling and being rude several times and they always had a rude look on their faces and oneday I heard the supervisor for housekeeping yelling at one of her staff telling her that she was pissing her off!! We ended up packing our stuff and leaving 2 and a half weeks earlier cause nothing got fixed and we were made to look like liars!! We won't go back!!!"
"Peaceful, Comfortable and quiet. Probably the best customer service in town. From the Executive Housekeeper to Assistant Manager to the breakfast attendants and the housekeeping staff are incredibly nice. The rooms are nice and clean. Nice pool but did not have time to use it. I will definitely be back when in Waycross. Highly recommended."

"So the front desk was definitely inviting and friendly but this was probably one of the Hilton type properties that was not up to standard at all and the worst I have stayed at so far. When I arrived and checked into my room, the bathroom floor was slippery, very dirty and unclean. My wife went and purchased cleaning supplies to clean the floor properly. Vents were dirty, tube was stained, walls were dirty, the sheet on my bed had a stain. I stayed 4 days because I was there for a wedding and I used 62,000 points and also had to pay $302.15 for for a room that me, my wife, and daughter were very uncomfortable in. Being a Hilton timeshare owner/property owner you expect better accommodations especially when you are paying money every month for a timeshare and also get calls asking to upgrade, why should I? It is time for that property to be renovated and so staff members to start taking their jobs a little bit more serious."
"Sweet and friendly front desk staff put in a tough spot because they are left to make excuses for poor cleaning staff. 4 nights and no service in room. Front desk employee said it was because we had a do not disturb on our door which was untrue. Follow directions and put bag of towels outside room, came in at 11 and no one had picked up bag, nor replaced our towels. Spoke with front desk staff and were assured we would get towels, but no full service. Popped in at 11 am same day to grab something out of room, and cleaning staff was servicing room next to ours. Came in late that night, and again, no towels. Told it was because they had a busy weekend and 57 rooms to service. *update. Go to check out, say something about lack of service, and different front desk person says "note on file" stating we didn't get service because of do not disturb sign on door!"
