"My family suggested this exact location bc I needed some oil to complete my oil change. I’m learning to change it myself so I have questions lol. Many, that she answered :). After visiting and being assisted by Nicole, I can see why my people prefer this one over the other. Add on that she didn’t ignore me and walk down an aisle when I came inside. She came from across the store to assist me up front. And I really appreciated being seen and treated like somebody. Thank you for being you Nicole and I loved that Mark Twain quote. Something abt continuously taking steps towards progression is better than waiting on perfection. Such a true statement. ETA she’s the only rep I’ll be assisted by going forth. And the parking lot is full of potholes(that’s on the owners tho)"
