"Made an appointment for nothing. We live 50 minutes away and made an appointment for a simple service because we had other business in the Waycross area today. We showed up and we're told it will be at least 45 minutes to an hour before they could get to us. We told them we live far away and made the appointment to fit into our plans here, man was very nice but there was nothing they could do even though we were not one of the walk-ins and had an appointment. Totally messed up our entire day and now we have to make arrangements for the service somewhere else. Two stars instead of one because the gentleman was so courteous and apologetic."

"Legit the best car buying experience I've ever had. I inquired about a Tundra a few months before I was ready to purchase. Kelly, the sales manager, reached out and was not pushy when I told her that I wasn't ready to commit to anything. She periodically followed up but some other dealerships would call or text me every other day. Then, when I was ready to come look, Kelly and Noel Harris - an allstar salesman - welcomed me with open arms.
