"Nice, cozy, quiet subdivision with a very friendly property manager on site. She's very helpful! The community is not gated though as stated here. Gated would of been nice. I'm not sure why they call this place apartments when they are full blown houses with a garage, living/dining room combined, nice sized two and three bedrooms homes, two full baths, a decent sized laundry room and storage room off the garage. The kitchen is a little small, but has everything that you need in a kitchen. Stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. I'm sure that the dining room compensates for the kitchen's size. You also have a very nice front and back porch. The only thing that would be considered apartment like to me is where all the mailboxes are placed. They are in one centralized location. I admit that the road on one side seriously needs repairing. Yet, this doesn't take away from this beautiful community. To add to this place, they do have lawn care, but you are responsible for the upkeep of growing weeds. They also have pest control. In the front office area they have a community room, work out room, computer room, and a laundry room for those who live in this community. There are with any apartments or community based places as such, rules or restrictions to uphold or abide by to live on the property. It's still a great place to live!"

"Visited Ocean Breeze while delivering Tuesday lunches. Would have given 5 star but noticed that part of their road is in desperate need of repairs. I would hate to have been one the renters having to pull in and out their driveways."
