"Well I can say I've been living out here 7 yrs and you cant get anyone to call you back or respond to text messages or when you do get to speak to them directly nobody has anything to say. You cant get anything fixed like the lease says there liable for but wanna throw eviction letters on your door as soon as your 5 days past due with rent. They try to dictate and run your life and by mouth not by contract tell you what your allowed to have and not have. It's hard to move anywhere else because everyone has jacked up the price to rent a home. This park also tacks on 10 percent of your rent when your a few days behind but when you pay your rent on time but haven't yet payed the late fee they tack on another 10 percent of your rent. That's not right at all"
