"Frankie’s Auto is an awesome place of business! We have been a customer for many years. He has worked on several of our vehicles and they always do a fantastic job fixing the problem at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place for any of your auto repairs!"

"Unfortunately 0 stars isn’t an option. Frankies Auto has a deceptively friendly work force (initially) but quickly become hostile once issues are identified. They said they can put in a new engine for $1500 and I agreed. I ended up spending over $1600 but that kind of fluctuation is expected. Once I got the vehicle back I realized there was an extremely obvious hole in the oil pan. I told them the issue and they said they didn’t do it and that I caused the hole and strongly insinuated that I am a liar. They offered to fix the issue for $1500 and were very back handed with all the negotiations. There were many other issues but I don’t want to get into them. I will never recommend Frankie’s to anyone because this was the worst experience I’ve had with a mechanical service. I am disgusted with the treatment and the whole situation."

"DO NOT USE THIS AUTOSHOP. You will not get your car back in working condition. In fact, they’ll send it back with a completely different issue than it went in for, blame you for it, and try to charge you an outrageous amount to fix the issue they caused."

"Really wanted to call Frankie my only mechanic from here on. Had multiple vehicles worked on and could have recommended him to a lot more business. Frankie is a super nice guy is why i kept giving him the benefit of doubt. Had a sunroom worked on, came back to pick it up and greese was left all in the headliner that was almost perfect condition before. Also the motor was not aligned properly and it froze up first time i used it. Called same day and he promptly tried to correct issue. He was able to get the greese out of headliner and adjust motor and doesnt hang up but it still isnt lined up properly as i have to manually close it in the right spot everytime to keep from leaking. Second time brought my vehicle back for a popping noise up front and they were able to correct the popping issue. A couple days later i noticed a vibrating noise coming from under my vehicle. Got under to inspect and found that one of the skid plates had been removed to fix popping issue but not installed back on which left the second skid plate hanging on which luckily didnt come off going down the road and cause damage, an accident or potentially a life threatening issue. They had the skid plate at the shop where it was left off and offered to reinstall it immediately but i didnt have the time to take off again to have it done so i told them to leave it in the back of another pickup that i also had getting work done so i could install it myself. The pickup was put into the shop to repair the 4x4 system and was there for almost a month. Picked it up and tested 2 days later. Found the shift linkage problem fixed but 4x4 still not operating. They had my vehicle long enough to completely test and see my solenoid was not being activated by a vacuum issue. I can repair my own vehicles but these days would rather pay someone and not deal with the headache. Ill continue looking for a quality mechanic so i dont have to finish what they couldnt or take off and lose time at work to keep bringing back for them to fix properly. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here."
