"10/21/2023 I went to Oreilly Auto Parts in Carrollton Ga and explained the issue that I was having with my car. Melissa told Deborah to get a machine to check the battery on my car. Deborah checked the battery and told me that I needed an alternator it was $318.84. I went inside and purchased the part from the store. The next week on Sunday my car was doing the same thing that I explained to to the people on Oreillys. Turns out that I needed a purge valve, which cost $45.99, I also purchased a gas cap 21.00 and a treatment for my gas tank for $16.99. They clearly told me the wrong stuff that I needed for my car and should have given me a price adjustment on the Alternator at cost, since I had already given them my old one and had no way of taking it off to put my old one back on since that was not the issue. I tried to speak to Melissa about this issue and she refused to resolve this issue by giving me a price adjustment. I'm a single mother who has a son in college, that I'm supporting and I don't have money just to buy items. Then on top of all that, I called the store, and the assistant mgt asked me to come up to the store on 10/31/2023 in the morning. So I clocked out of work for nothing to have them tell me nothing Melissa looked at me like why are you here. This was a terrible experience and I was very nice about but this was terrible"
"My sister and I visited this location to purchase an alternator for her car. Deborah was good helping us out and ordering the parts. However when we returned to pick the parts up Jared was very rude. His customer service is very bad."

"I sent a family member to O’Reillys because of a dead battery. The car had to be jumped off so she could get there and they refused to install a new battery in a 2019 Toyota C-HR. She went to Auto Zone on 623 Bankhead Hwy and they installed it in 20 minutes and she was on her way. Thank you to the employees at the Auto Zone 2245 Ga Highway 166!"
