"I love this place cuz so knowledgeable about keys and locks. They advise you what's best and why. They've explained how certain keys to pad locks are made in China and don't copy well or at all. It's family owned and run, and they're smart and give great service."

"I am a disabled 75 year old, who was driven to the location by a friend. The locksmith was hired to open house and change locks. The house was secured with a padlock that I did not have the key to, having just taken legal possession of the house. Locksmith stated that he would just cut the lock and replace it, and he stated "I have a padlock in the truck". AFTER he cut the old padlock, he asked me for and ran the credit card. Once he had run the card, he let us know that he did NOT have a new padlock. He then told me "Well I'm not going to go shopping for you" and left, with the house unsecured and no way for us to secure it. He also refused to change out the door lockset, which was supposed to be part of the call. I wouldn't trust this company to open an outhouse."

He asked me to describe the issue, and then asked me if I had used WD-40 (trying to save me from a needless service call), but alas, he needed to come. He came earlier than his estimate, and fixed our front lobby door by drilling out and replacing a cylinder - with his mobile lock repair van, and he was on his way. It was quick and easy. He clearly knows his stuff. Pricing was fair, work was impeccable!"

"Great place. I called found Chet's Lock Shop with Google, saw they had a BBB accreditation and decided to use them. I needed locks changed somewhat quickly. Chet was honest and said he couldn't do it w/in my time frame Thursday/Friday (48 hours), but he could do it by Monday. That was good for me, so I scheduled Monday. Friday morning, Chet called and said he could squeeze me in because he knew how important it was for me to have the locks changed before the weekend. He came in and changed the locks in a timely fashion. He was kind, professional, helpful and fast. Best of all, he was local and he knows the art of lock & key.
