"Had an amazing experience with our service advisor, Chad!!! I wish I could give him 100 stars. He was knowledgeable and explained the issue with my car clearly, and was able to have my car fixed in just a few days. I will always take my car to Honda North not only because of the excellent mechanical work, but because I felt like Chad really cared about me and I didn't feel like just a number. He was personable, friendly, and empathetic (my car was in a hit and run at my brother's funeral). Thank you so much Honda North and Chad! Highly recommended!"

"I recently made an appointment for an oil change and a recall. Let me start by saying shame on me for not reading the work order before I signed it. The work order listed a service, I did not request. When going over the services requested, it may have been mentioned, but since it was something I never heard of, I presumed that it was related to the recall, as that and the oil change was all I made an appointment for. I did at the appointment request a tire rotation and was given a price for that extra service. No price was verbally given to me for this service I didn't request, had it been I would have questioned what it was and did some research. After researching it, I found honda recommends it at 30,000 miles, I only have 18 and do not do heavy driving, and there for would have declined. I was shocked when I went to pay and found an additional $200 charge. After the inspection, they also recommended two other services, which I declined. Again, both were recommended much sooner than Honda maintenance calls for? I question, why this is happening. I will no longer be going there for my service needs, I will find another dealer or go to my local mechanic."

He monitored the progress of my repairs and gave me frequent updates. When it came time for additional recommendations, he was transparent and only suggested what absolutely needed to be repaired. For the others, he gave me an estimate of when I should come back in. Very fair and honest, would highly recommend Chad and Honda North!!"
