Everything is straight forward and easy with this repair shop. There is an online database where you approve/decline all work before it is done on your car. Cost breakdown is included and thorough. They took my vehicle in right away, zero waiting. Very happy with my experience. The cost of the job was fair, and they do not pressure you into doing more work on your car. I had a service contract that would possibly cover the repair, and they had no issues with calling the service contract company to see if anything was covered. Friendly receptionist.
