June 2024: I had to find a new apartment. While browsing apartments online I found a listing by Kristian one weekday morning and called him to let him know what apartment I was interested in viewing. We discussed things I was looking for in an apt, what my income was, apt style/amenities I was looking for and my budget range. Kristian was able to do a late evening showing the same day, and also provide info on other viewings in the area I might be interested in. Kristian answered all my questions, was knowledgeable about the premises, landlord, lease, and next steps to apply. He also let me know he was available by text or phone if I had any other questions about the apartment. Within 48 hours, I signed the lease, provided the deposit and received the keys.
