June 2024: I had to find a new apartment. While browsing apartments online I found a listing by Kristian one weekday morning and called him to let him know what apartment I was interested in viewing. We discussed things I was looking for in an apt, what my income was, apt style/amenities I was looking for and my budget range. Kristian was able to do a late evening showing the same day, and also provide info on other viewings in the area I might be interested in.
