"We were working with Bernard on a new warehouse space. He was great at first but, as soon as we spoke about the pricing (poof no response). We asked to negotiate a escalating lease based on the numbers, Since the area really doesn't support a high number. Just never heard back from him and now he doesn't answer his phone. Not really impressed with the service."
