"Avoid this Realty Company. Worked directly with Sam whose communication was very poor, as I had to reach out multiple times when asking simple questions about the place. Most notably, I was never sent any information about the landlord's contact information or about setting up utility bills. I messaged Sam asking for this information and also expressed my frustration with him and his agency's poor communication, to which he stopped responding all together. My housemates and I had to pay this agency a month's rent for them to ostensibly unlock the front door for the original viewing and nothing more. All realty agencies are scams as they are inherently predatory, creating a middle man purely for profit, offering no real service, but this agency in particular highlighted just how little these brokers care about tenants. Try to deal directly with the landlord of a property, but if you must use a realty agency, avoid Boston Realty Online."
