"Would not trust to sell me an ice cream cone. At first Chris Lawton’s email was unclear, and instead of replying with clarification he just highlighted the words he already stated in his previous email. Then he did not write back at all. Upon arrival, Chris Lawton was unprofessional, unkind, and when he realized he forgot to list that there was an attached in-law apartment in a house we looked at, he threw his hands up and said, “well, sorry.” When trying to figure out if the In-law house was attached or not, he kept saying yes then no then got frustrated when we didn’t fully comprehend. Extremely rude through whole process. Will NOT go through this company if this is how they do business."

"Loved this landmark. Very nice to visit. I had a good time. The Taipei 101 tower was a nice place to visit. I wad ankle to go up to the 101 floor. I think it was worthy to pay the extra money to go up to the 101 than just pay for the regular observatory ticket. It was out in the open. We wore special equipment. We also got a photo, a gift and a cold drink included. I loved it. If you go to Taipei you must go to this tower. Right under the tower is also a 5 floor mall where you and also buy stuff."
