"UPDATE: This company has now changed its name to Harmony Hill Realty. Be forewarned! Since August, I have asked my landlord to fix this disgusting mold in the bathroom. All that's required is a recaulking to remove the mold and put in new sealing. Basic maintenance that any responsible landlord would be quick to do. Instead, the landlord has refused to fix it. A city inspector came and visually confirmed the presence of mold. The landlord paid for the cost of a mold inspection (which found "Minimal Fungal Growth Or Growth in vicinity" but not at a high enough level for remediation to be recommended). The landlord also apparently paid for a lawyer to inform me of the results of the mold inspection. Regardless, the mold in the bath tub is absolutely disgusting. I know landlords, and any responsible landlord would have fixed this year before I moved in or fixed it when I raised their attention to it. I thought it was dirt initially, but found I could not clean it after moving it. I would never, ever recommend renting from Transocean Tower Realty. They also charge illegal late fees. Also beware- the two 5 star reviews are written by company employees. The other review mentions an illegal application fee. MA does NOT allow these fees under state law."

"NEVER EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY- VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Worked with Lucy Luo. Me and my roommate were rushed to pay the application fee of $60 in total. The realtor Lucy Luo mentioned the application is approved and asked us to pay month rent as a deposit. She did not mention how to pay it/when is it due in any of our conversations(phone/written). After short period she tells us that this is leased, only when we asked her how to pay the deposit. She is the most unprofessional realtor i have worked with. Not trustable at all. THIS CLEARLY DEFINES THE COMPANY'S WORKING CULTURE TOO. Not once she asked us before moving forward with other application, when ours was approved at first. Please do not work with this company. If even before signing the lease it is like this then they would not respond if any issues come with the house in the future."
