"DO NOT TAKE THIS BUS!!!! The bus broke down on the highway at 1:30am and it took an hour for the next one to come. Once we got on the new bus the driver was yelling and screaming in his language for 10 minutes while driving. I sat all the way in the back of the bus and could hear him yelling. Did not feel safe on this bus, I was scared! Because he was angry he was driving way too fast so the ride was not smooth and he kept driving in a way that made the bus swing side to side the entire ride. I FELL OUT MY SEAT at one point!"
"The worst transportation system with horrible customer service. The bus didn’t show up and there was information about the bus which I was scheduled to leave on, scheduled for 12:00 pm to New York. I didnt even see the bus, I arrived 45 minutes early to departure but I was told that I missed the bus! There was no information at all, and there were 4 other people who has the same experience, so 5 of us missed the bus because of their carelessness, they didn’t even dare to provide clear instructions. We went to the customer service desk and the guy there was terrible. He made derogatory racist remarks about my looks and when we asked him to bring his manager, he just lied right infront of us. There was a security guy walking by and he just made up a story and told us that the security guy was his boss and made us to talk to the security guy. I asked the security if he works for lucky star and he says he is just a security guard at the bus terminal and that he doesn’t work for lucky star. I confronted the customer service guy that he lied right infront of us. He didn’t provide honest answer and was lying the entire time and making derogatory remarks about my looks and race and was very arrogant- he took off his face mask and just talked to us at the top of his lungs. I still wonder why this kind of guy gets to work as a customer service agent and I hope the company does something about this weird dude, before I proceed with legal actions."
"Customer service at Boston was terrible . The guy at the desk was super rude and didn’t even try to help us but instead relied on saying all we can do is call customer support which was not an issue rather his delivery in saying that was super angry and rude . In fact , 4 other customers was so frustrated with him that he said he was gonna bring a manager but pretended by calling the security guard and thought we were stupid enough to believe him. The security guard didn’t even know his name and told me he’s always been that rude . In addition, he was extremely racist to one of the customers who was of Asian decent despite being Asian himself and was saying how that customer looked like his friend??? Super unprofessional and rude and I do not know why he has job that is supposed to help customers . I could not catch his name because he refused to tell me so here is picture of how he looks like!"
"Had a very BAD experience with this company. We came in on Princess Cruise and took a Boston Highlights scenic and Harbor cruise. The cruise part was great but the company people are rude, unprofessional and not personable. The tour was taped and the tour guide did not speak, the driver had an attitude. She could not get the tape on right spot so when we drove down the street we did not see what was being said. Until we passed it. Would not take a personal trip with then at all!!! We got so fed up, she let off half the bus to walk back, she said just a 20 minute walk back to ship, 3 miles and took 1 hour 15 mins. So disappointed!"
