"The sent me back my iPad I had lost at Logan Airport back in September. Never dreamed I get it back. Thankfully UPS was able to deliver it today 01/25/2024. They were so helpful to me explaining who to get it to me. The second person, a girl was very patient and polite."

"I went to print one black and white page, I sent the document to their email to print and they tried to charge $2.20! I ask why is it so much for one page? They said it cost the same if you send it to us print or you use our computer. What an abuse of their customers money!"

"Typically very nice people and very cooperative. But this Saturday afternoon one worker was incredibly rude. As I walked in and asked if they had another cart for my large packages, one of the workers replied with “It’s literally right there”. To which I said nothing. Pardon me, but usually there are multiple dollys. Furthermore, after unloading all my packages, she asks what kind of business I run. She assumed it was drop shipping, and I told her it was wholesale arbitrage. To which she replied “so a bunch of made up words that basically mean scam” The other worker there was nice and helped me out with the printing system."

"Terrible service, they almost force you to pay for services with insurance and extra costs, ensuring delivery days that never arrive, when you call for information the girl responds to be grateful that at least she answers the call and that she can't do anything, that's how the service is without explanation and hang up disrespectfully."

"The staff here are incredible! It feels silly to be so passionate about something like a packaging store but it’s true. I have gone here for shipping and amazon returns for years and the staff are always friendly, fast and competent. Yesterday I had an experience with the staff that just went above and beyond. I needed color copies for an event very last minute. Not only did they very easily and quickly complete the print project but they then offered to deliver it to the location (located just a mile from their location) for a small fee. I was beyond thrilled with their services and level of professionalism."
