"A joke. They claim their dispatch is available 24/7 via phone, it's not. The website is always down saying "error," and their app doesn't work. The dispatch can be incredibly rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time if you're looking to get from point a to point b. You'll be waiting HOURS even trying to get in touch with someone. You're better off walking or calling an uber."

"I was at an intersection at a red light when suddenly the taxi number 1488 (license plate 19AG) from behind me crossed over double yellow lines to cut off in front. At the same time, the light turned green & I was beginning to take off, we almost collided due to this taxi companies driver and their stupidity. Do better please."

"WORST SERVICE IN BOSTON!!!! I'm a concierge that is forced to use their services because of residents and guests requesting cabs. (Most times all other cabs are busy so I'm left with this joke of a company) Dispatcher/Manager/Owner was very rude and dismissive. The company only has 2 dispatchers which is why I'm sure the owner is depressed and taking out his frustration on his customers. Owner is the male dispatcher that answers anytime you request a cab with them. When asked why does he talk to his customers like that, showed no interests/lack of care. Didn't care to lose my business even though the company I work for has used him for years. Let me also state that this isn't the first time either, but I've held my tongue for far too long. Have had previous complaints brought to my attention of dispatcher/owner insulting some of my guests because they couldn't hear him on the phone also. Or when they were forwarding a complaint on a driver again said dispatcher/owner showed lack of care to their issues and concerns. So overall 0/10"
