"North Station has always been convenient to downtown, Government Center and the North End. There are two subway lines and trains to the North Shore and Maine. Unfortunately while waiting for a train there you always felt like you were on your way to the netherworld. Now with the new food court it's a little better. Too bad it's still decorated all over in cheery shades of black."

"North Station in the CR lobby area is pretty decent and it connects to both the Green Line and Orange Line so that's good. There are lots of MBTA Ambassadors and Transit Police which makes the station pretty dang safe. However that's really the only positives of the station. The bathrooms are in horrible condition, it smells quite bad in the subway area, and almost everything is covered up in tarps and blankets for some odd reason. I really hope North Station can improve sometime in the future."

"North Station was a fun time waiting for commuter rail. The staff was excellent and healthy about the improvement and disabled persons. Excellent for minors and a store below there."

"Horrible customer service at the ticket windows, always have a negative attitude, if you don’t want to work there then why are you there? Threw off my commute. Also the food is alright,Dunkin is really my go to. Train is alright, still waiting for more charger outputs."
