"I signed up for the 6 weeks challenge on August this year and, for me was the first time I do CrossFit. Always wanted to try it and now, I love it. You should try this gym, the instructors are amazing, they explain to you the exercises with so much detail, they make sure you don't get injured if you're not familiar with it and, the challenge you to try more than you think you can do! Danielle and Patrick are so nice and when you're in the challenge they follow up every time to help achieve your goals, even when you're not in the challenge, they keep helping and motivating you constantly.
