"Several machines out of work. Bald guy with a long beard at the reception treated my guest rudely for not having a black card. “What is the problem me giving massage chair time to my guest? “ just following policy?” What about I will let this time pass, but notice that the massage chair is limited to black card members only”. I will not bring or recommend planet fitness to anyone."

"A Tuesday morning incident at Planet Fitness in Braintree, Massachusetts, around 6:30 AM, underscores the importance of maintaining adequate staffing levels during operating hours. A disturbance occurred, but no staff members were present to address the situation. The disturbance escalated, becoming increasingly disruptive and eventually physical. Eventually, one individual managed to call 911 from behind the desk. However, the situation took a turn when a young black teen joined in, filming and encouraging a white individual to use a racial slur. A fight ensued, prompting the summoning of the police. While the altercation could have been avoided with the presence of a staff member, the incident highlights the need for adequate staffing to ensure the safety and well-being of gym patrons."

"Cautionary review.... If you don't wipe down equipment BEFORE, Please do so. I've only noticed for the first time coming here someone using a lot of equipment, all sweaty without wiping anything down. Just walking from machine to machine. Just be extra mindful. It was just gross to see, though I'm sure others do it."

"I love Planet Fitness. There's always a large variety of patrons. I love all the different locations. The only problem I have is that it was supposed to be open 24 hours a day Monday - Saturday and closed for a few hours on Sunday. I understand the hour reductions during COVID, but why haven't the hours increased?"

"I normally love this gym, I joined in late 2022, and come 5-6 days weekly. It’s spacious and clean and everyone is very nice. HOWEVER, three times in 2024 (it’s only Feb 8) they have been closed for plumbing issues. The first time they were considerate enough to update the app and let their hundreds of gym goers know they were closed. The past 2 days, no one has bothered to let anyone know. I plan my whole day around my workout, and drink my pre-workout right before I leave. There is just nothing less considerate than not letting people who have a membership to the gym, know that they aren’t open. If this happens again, I will be leaving the gym."
