We recommend beginners start with 2 to 4 classes a week, working up to 5 as your body adapts. "Hinge is an absolute gem. Wonderful gym and community with incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and growth-minded coaches. Focus is on strength training and functional fitness; looks similar to a Crossfit gym (barbells, etc.) but with a focus on longer-term health, fitness, and strength. One of the owners, Sarah, is also a certified prenatal and postpartum trainer, and if I could wave a magic wand every mom would have a Sarah to support a strong, healthy pregnancy and recovery. Any level of experience or ability will find a home at Hinge."
