"I highly recommend working out at Fitness Together in Melrose. Melanie Flynn and her team are professional, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. They offer a variety of fitness options that align with your preferences including personal training, small classes, or a mix of both. I’ve worked out with almost all the trainers (Katherine, Joe M., Joe C., Brittany, and Charles) and they all do an excellent job. In the past, I have struggled to be consistent with my workouts. Since joining Fitness Together, I’ve worked out routinely for almost 3 months now. I actually really look forward to my appointments! During the past few months, I've had some back and neck limitations that have required the team to adjust my training plan. They are incredibly vigilant and have helped me build confidence in my ability to do a variety of exercises properly and safely. Throughout all of this, they have done an excellent job keeping me motivated and supported. The gym itself is well-stocked and they routinely refresh bands and equipment to ensure everything is safe and well-functioning. I also really appreciate the amenities (water machine, changing room, wipes, storage cubbies, etc.) and the cleanliness of the space. Parking is easy to find on the street just outside. The owner, Melanie Flynn, takes the lead on communications and scheduling, and she does a great job. She responds quickly to texts and emails related to questions and scheduling. It’s clear she cares deeply about her staff, clients, and her business. If you a looking for a new gym in the Melrose area, I highly recommend giving this one a try!"

"I've been working with the trainers at Fitness Together Melrose for over two years, and I love the personalized support they offer. I'm especially grateful that they have pre/post natal certified staff. Now in my third trimester, I have practically no back pain, which is practically unheard of at this stage of pregnancy. That alone has made my entire training experience so worth it. "I worked with Fitness Together Melrose for 3 months in 1:1 training sessions. I majorly worked with Joe and Joey but had a few sessions with Melanie too. All three are great trainers, very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The location is convenient if you're local. The physical gym is on the smaller side, but it never hampered my workouts. It's an financial investment for sure, but they do offer some financing options to try and offset that."
