I joined Orangetheory Fitness® in the early stages of recovering from a stress fracture and looking for a gym to help me cross-train for the upcoming Boston Marathon. Since then, there has never been a dull moment in Orangetheory Fitness® class, where orange is not just a color but a heart rate indicator. The coaches are trained to help members reach a targeted number of spat points by safely pushing them to the orange heart rate zone. Thank you, coaches Yasmin, Alvaro, and Kelsey, for your professionalism, individualized attention, enthusiastic feedback, and guidance, which made my most challenging workout fly by. "I love this OT! I joined this location last March and recently returned this year and am oh so happy to be back. The trainers are SO great. Emma and Sophie have been leading classes here since I started and they’re both awesome. I got to catch a class with Josh as well, who was very friendly and welcoming :) This is a wonderful program, facility, and team. "I love OTF Kendall Square. The staff are kind and helpful. The workouts are hard but do-able with great variety. I like how the instructors bring great energy and give helpful pointers. The new treadmills help protect my knees and feet with impact absorption. And generally like the OTF premise of tracking your heart rate to let yourself know when to rest or push harder - this is the first workout routine I've stuck with since high school."
