"There are so many items locked up and it takes away from the guest experience. There are also a lot of bare shelves and overall lack of product selection. You're better off just ordering online or going to a different location if you want to shop in store, unless it's a necessity."
"Decent grocery selection but home goods are hit or miss (poor stocking). Unfortunately they have been impacted by rampant shoplifting so many items are in locked cabinets, as others have mentioned. Happy to have this store in central but it is sub par as far as city targets are concerned."
"Like some other city groceries or department stores, they have begun to lock up easily stolen household goods. It is very inconvenient to get an employee to retrieve or open cases for you especially as they seem perenially understaffed. I feel ridiculous waiting for employees to buy something as simple as a tube of toothpaste. In fairness there are people openly fencing what appear to be stolen goods about 100 yards away in central square.... No reason not to buy off amazon or your favorite mail order store instead. Grocery selection is low, low quality, and high in price."
"Last night I picked up a couple online orders. At home I realized that I was missing one of the times. I should have checked before leaving Target. After explaining the situation over the phone today, they worked with me to resolve the issue. Shoutout to Corbin, the manager who was very nice."
