"I have been doing Pilates with Nina for several years (and Pilates in general for almost 20). As a 55 year-old, tall man, with perennially tight hamstrings, Pilates has been life changing and Nina is one of the best instructors I’ve had. She is classically trained, but not so rigid as to be doctrinaire in her approach. She has experimented with different techniques to help me improve my core strength and overall flexibility, with great results. Her home studio is well equipped, private, and spotless/hygienic (a real plus these days!). I have convinced my wife, and friends (some experienced, some new to Pilates) to train with Nina. Everyone concurs - Nina is great!"
