"I walked in at 9:06, the instructor looked at her watch and said it’s 9:06 you can’t join the class. I was stuck in traffic after my daughters drop off, been a frequent attender and while I respect the rules that 9:05 is cutoff I asked for a credit refund since it was 9:06 and I’m a frequent attender and it was a first time. It doesn’t say anything about the 9:05 in emails (although I haven’t been late previously to know first hand). They refused to be kind about it. Feels like a community Pilates studio would want to encourage their members to feel acknowledged and held on a hard morning. Ownership and management could use some better coaching around customer service and priorities. Hope they do better for the next individual who’s just trying their best."

"I continue to take flow 1 class with Mary, and she is amazing, patient and accommodating with attention to each individual. I missed my flow 1 class with Helen due to Traffic and I called as I was getting late, was able to book the next class instead. The next class was 1.5. I just had 20 flow 1 class experience, so not sure I would be able to do it or not!!! With help of Helen, the instructor I was able to do 1.5 and really loved it. It was challenging and felt like a real workout!!! Thanks to Helen and CP."

"I enjoy Club Pilates a lot. There are plenty of classes and it seems like supply and demand is just about right. Most of the instructors are great! I'd appreciate a tiny bit more of a sense that they "know" the clients . .as the same people come all the time . . . but maybe that will come with more time."
