"My family and I went to TB for dinner. I ordered a nachos and cheese side along with my burrito and when I opened the little cheese cup it was less than half full. My husband went to the counter to address the issue and was informed they were supposed to do 2 pumps (or something) of cheese and no more. That is EXACTLY what I received. While I understand controlling costs, I find this tactic to be extremely cheap and kind of petty. Is this really the way customers are to be treated...scrimping on cheese sauce for chips? I am not impressed. Who enjoys nachos without cheese? There definitely wasn't enough there...and I don't drown my chips in it either. Pretty disappointing."

"No apologies for a wait time of 15 minutes plus after placing an order on the app. for two tacos and two burritos, 10 min. before we even walked in. Employees have no sense of urgency at all. They make people use the kisok whether they want to or not. This is an ongoing experience. I get my Taco Bell fix, and then I avoid the place as long as possible. I was standing at the counter without even being acknowledged for way too long. I always end up being upset when I do end up going."

"Had to order on kiosk, but team member was willing to come out with me to do it. She called the order back while I was going through the process. My order was ready promptly and was correct. The bathroom needed a little TLC."
