"Dr. G. takes the time to listen, she is thorough and detailed in her analysis and descriptions. I've never had any trouble scheduling an appointment."
"My experience with Dr. Goldburt has been pleasant. But 90% of your interaction/experience with a doctor is with their front office team and unfortunately her team affects her overall rating. There has been more than one occasion where I have found it nearly impossible to get a response or call back from her office/nurses. The latest issue in particular was where I had asked for a prescription for an ailment that I was hoping to stop while the symptoms were mild, but I was unable to get the prescription filled until THREE days later, and 5 phone calls later! By the time I received a response, my symptoms were in full effect and I needed more than one prescription to heal the infection. They lack urgency and empathy which when dealing with a doctor's office is a non-negotiable for me. I have two other friends that also see Dr. Goldburt and they too have had the same unfortunate experience with her office team in getting a response to address with an illness or even just filling a simple refill! It is not worth it to have a doctor's office whom you have to follow up with more than 4 times to get the courtesy of a response. At that point, it doesn't seem like they care about your well being. Absolutely unacceptable."
"The office is horrible. They canceled my appointment stating that they no longer accept my insurance. Meanwhile I had already seen her 3 times with no problem with insurance. I called my insurance carrier and they said that she was in the network and had no reason to cancel my appointment. I called the office back and they still insisted that they weren't accepting my insurance. I now have medicare but no way am I going back to her. I wonder if Dr Goldburt even knows they canceled my insurance. Very disappointed."
"Horrible scheduling experience. Booked my appointment months in advanced. They called to request my insurance information. I gave them my insurance information a week in advanced (which required multiple attempts to reach someone) and I included my insurance information on their online portal. Nonetheless, they still did not update my insurance information, claiming I did not provide it and canceled my appointment the day before. They refused to give me my original appointment, even though I called only an hour after they canceled it. I have a very demanding job and it's not easy for me to move my schedule around to accommodate office coordinator's mistakes. I spent hours calling the office throughout the day because no one answered or they would redirect me to lines that lead nowhere. Being new to town, I wanted this to work out because I need a new PCP, but I can't have a doctor that affords so much effort and time on my part to see. Very incompetent coordinators at this office. Don't waste your time here."
"The office Cancelled the appointment I waited months for. (After being way overdue for a physical.) to top it off, they told me in order to reschedule, id have to wait many more months as the doctor is booking far out. Ok, so you’re canceling my appointment, but you don’t have another appointment available for me?? I should be priority since I’ve already waited months!!! No apologies, either. The reason for cancellation is because the doctor will be at a conference??? This is NOT good practice. I am going to be switching providers. Absurd."
