"I was there about two years ago and the eye doctor I saw dilated my pupils and did not even offer the standard dark plastic eye ware so that I could see without difficulty after leaving the clinic. I had driven to the clinic and found myself at risk driving home. I emailed the doctor directly to let him know how I was affected without emailing anyone else about this. I never even heard an acknowledgement from this doctor. He worked in a very rushed way which I also did not appreciate. In my email to him, I mentioned this as well and let him know that I was on-time with my appointment and that his rushed work and behavior was not due to any fault of mine. Anyway, given the lack of any acknowledgement or apology from this doctor, I changed my next appointment to see a new female doctor who behaved and worked as one would expect. For sure, a bad experience at Malden's CHA eye clinic."
