Reviews
"Very unreliable. This doctor lacks proper time management skills. Receptionists states that it’s “normal” for her appointments to start hours later than they’re actually scheduled for… definitely not a doctor for anyone with a strict work schedule, especially those who can’t be spontaneously rescheduling or waiting hours on end just to be seen for a scheduled appointment."
"I don't often write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. Dr. Gania is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. She is extremely thorough. Yes, you will very likely have to wait at your appointment, and that's because Dr. Gania usually takes more time with her patients than the scheduled 30 minutes, which is ridiculously short for yearly visits. I happened to be Dr. Gania's last patient that day, and she spent as long as I needed to address all my concerns (even past 6 pm!). The entire office was empty, and she even walked me out of the office and waited to make sure I drove out safely. I don't think I can find another doctor as caring as she is. Yes, she may seem rushed sometimes, but I know it's not her intention; she is only constrained by her busy schedule (the next appointment usually has already shown up!)."
"By far the worst. I switched to her 5 years ago since I moved and she refuses to help me with my ADD and provide the medication I have taken for 25 years of my life even with documentation of all my testing. And to top it off she is never on time… over one hour wait to see her from your scheduled appointment time. Be prepared to wait since this happens every time. Today was the last straw, my appointment was at 9:45am and after waiting in the waiting room 30 minutes I finally got up to ask when I’d be seen and only then was informed it would take another hour and a half to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous, will be finding a NEW primary care doctor."
"Dr Gania is a caring professional who takes time to explain, advise and take care of her patients. She has excellent bedside manners and, most importantly very knowledgable. She is fabulous. Highly recommend."
"Dr. Gania has been my primary care for a couple of years. Recently, I switched insurance and was told that my new insurance was still accepted by Dr. Gania on January 9th. They said one of the nurses would call back to schedule a lab visit for blood work but they never did so I called back in January 12th to figure out what was going on. I finally went to the lab to get blood work done on January 13th because I needed the results in order to get a prescription refilled. No one called me back for 2 weeks with any results so I finally called and they gave me my results and apologized on January 28th. At that time, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Gania for February 3rd to get my prescription refill. I received a call today saying they made an error and they do not accept my new insurance after all. It has now been over 3 weeks of trying to get my medication and I’ve seen zero sense of urgency from Dr. Gania and her nurses & all the while I have been the one having to call them to get any updates about my lab work. There have been small incidents over the years that have made me question why I use this doctor and now that I’m without my medication for over 3 weeks, this is the end of my relationship with Dr. Gania. I would not recommend unless you want to be strung along for weeks without getting any answers about your healthcare."
