"In April 2024, I went for ED and Testosterone consult. Paid for treatment plan and received ED test dose. Six hours later I had emergency surgery at a local hospital due to NE Men's Health mistakes. I have found them to be unethical, grossly incompetent and they maintain a cya stance if something goes wrong. Their advertising should include possible negative side effects including a patient that gets a priapism like me I contacted them and their response was to have their lawyer send me a letter. The treatment may work for many people but possible side effects should be explained in an upfront, honest manner but that may not be possible with this company."

"I honestly don’t understand why a company would make you sign a claim form that you will not talk bad about the computer before they issue you a refund. Please read the reviews Northeast Men’s Health is not the a great company. You nicely explain that there product (TRT) is not working out for you and they turn their back on you ."

"They will sign you up for a credit card without your knowledge. Hides credit card application in patient intake forms, which is unethical. They took advantage of my family member by saying everything would be free if his labs were below a certain value - which they were. Then proceeded to open a credit card up & charge him thousands of dollars. I have been on the phone for hours trying to cancel everything they signed him up for & billed him for without his knowledge. I work in healthcare (I’m a family NP) & my advice is to save yourself the trouble & go to your primary care that is covered by your insurance."
