"Absolutely awful. I was not listened to as a patient and always had my concerns dismissed without further examination I've been going here for years and I was offered little to no help at all times. Nurses would frequently just tell me to go to an urgent care. Once I was unable to reach their office (distance became too far) I was told repeatedly that they cannot help me get a referral to a PCP closer to me."

"I can see why this place has a rating of 2.5. If u have any health concerns, don’t waste ur time here. I’ve had intense shortness of breath for over a month, the NP and Dr Wiwanto don’t see to find anything wrong with that. I asked To get a referral to get an MRI done and was told by NP Jeanette that I don’t need one. I had an echocardiogram done and the results were posted as i was there so Dr Wiwanto told me face to face there was a piece of my heart not moving, later via my chart corrected herself saying it’s just not moving as it should, then days later when the results were in my chart, it says “looks great Jessica” these people have no idea what they r doing. I broke out in hives all over my face and body recently she told me to take Zyrtec, when that didn’t work she told me to take more. I ended up in urgent care with a Dr that was confused why she didn’t just give me prednisone. I asked a second time for an MRI referral as i am concerned about blood clots, and because i mentioned it looks like i need to find a new primary Doctor, they once again denied me. That was today 5/10/24. The cherry on top of this all is the desk workers are very unprofessional, eating in front of patients, chatting about their personal life, etc. the medical assistant w the bright hair only talks about how ”nice” everyone is here. Idk about u but i rather have a doctor that’s going to actually help me than someone who’s “nice” to talk to. Her overly fake personality also comes off very condescending."

"I just called this facility to schedule an appoitment for a new patient and the person on the pohone was amazing. He was clear, nice and efficient. I hope the experience does not change in the future, but so far it was good. Well, unfortunately the person that took my call was not the same person that welcome? me at the facility. Changing this review to reflect that."

"Staff is rude and unhelpful . I was assigned a PCP here by my insurance and when I called to set up an appointment they said they were not taking any patients and could not provide any information, despite this being my insurance listed doctor."

"They no longer offer bloodwork, which was the original reason I chose this as my primary care location a few years ago. I will be finding another primary care who offers blood work on site. My insurance covers one visit, not two. At this point I'm more likely to just stop using the healthcare system all together. Nothing should be as difficult as they have made things."
