"Went in to purchase my Murad acne serum. Got home and realized it had expired in July?? Went to return and they did not have any in stock that didn't expire in July. I was issued a refund for the discounted price even though I had used my beauty insider points for $10 off, and did not receive any of my points back either. The woman issuing the refund was rude and short with me. Just save yourself and go to a regular sephora"

"I like all their anti wrinkle serums and creams. I'm a guy so I don't use any of their makeup but I've been addicted to high quality wrinkle & any face rejuvenating products since high school. Yes, I started early with retinol and anti aging products when I was 19 lol.. It has paid off because I'm 41 & my skin is excellent especially given I started smoking cigarettes when I was 25ish."
