"Absolutely Horrendous! Been assaulted twice verbally and mentally. Am now dealing with Senator Reed and he suggested writing to SSA Inspector General. As government employees ( including the F.E.D. guards ) these folks are a huge fail. Good luck. I wouldn't give them a star but you can't post unless you do. Update. Using an illegal adjudication to remove somebody's benefits will result in an investigation. You need to notify both parties."

"After reading the reviews of the Woonsocket office we chose to go to Pawtucket, and I am so glad we did. We got to the office at around 930 and within 10 minutes of getting a number we were waited on. The person at the window was very helpful and respectful. We needed more paperwork complete so went and got it done and returned to the SS office at noon. We were 25 numbers from the one they were on when we walked in...we were waited on within 15 minutes! So glad we chose to go to the Pawtucket office, where the staff is pleasant and patient."
