"awful service with TONY! he REFUSED to give me a quote departing from boston. I told him I preferred PVD but was will to depart from boston depending on the prices. He was so concerned on how I would get to Boston and I told him that wasn’t his concern and that I just wanted a price and that if it was significally lower than PVD I was willing to go to BOS. He asked me why was I putting him through this? As if it isnt his JOB as a TRAVEL AGENT to assist customers! Poor Service and simply LAZY! I will take my service somewhere else where TRAVEL AGENTS actually wants to WORK and help out customers!"
