"Never told we would need to leave our hotel 9 hours before our flight home. Requested transportation service to take us to airport 2 hours before departure and told we would have to pay extra. Very disappointed we must wait that long at the airport. Never communicated to us. Part of tour cancelled terrible replacement offered. Too bad this is my first AND LAST tour with this company. They don’t care about their customers. I’m sorry I wasted my money."
