"The Halloween Museum of Salem is a must-visit for anyone who loves Halloween! It's filled with spooky collections, from vintage decorations and costumes to all kinds of Halloween memorabilia. You can really immerse yourself in the history and evolution of Halloween celebrations. It's a fun and unique experience that’s perfect for getting into the Halloween spirit!"
"Clearly a lot of effort has been put into this place. It's evident in the designs on the walls and floor. They hand you 3D glasses before you enter and everything pops! It's neat. There's a few projected screens near each other and it's difficult to hear one thing over the other. I wish they were spread out. The museum begins with the origin of Halloween and everything thereafter is a bunch of this and that. It's not bad, it just doesn't seem to be a complete idea. If you're a tourist and you seem interested, place it low on you list so if you have to miss something it won't hurt to not make it to this one. $10 asking price is fair."
"The guy that works there was very nice and friendly. We got to walk through as many times as we liked. It was a hot day and they had the ac on so it was nice to take a break inside. All their stuff was cool to see. It brings you back in time."
"Great little museum of Halloween!! If you love Halloween or just have young ones this is an excellent place to visit! A lot of the interior is painted in contrasting neon colors which really makes it pop out when viewed through the 3D glasses they give you. They have tons of items, even some props from actual movies!! And there is a lot of history to learn just walking through and reading some of the items. This place also offers walking tours of Salem and has a neat little gift shop (you get a discount if you go through the museum). If you're in the area and have the time definitely check this place out!"
"They give you 3D glasses for better experience. Its really cool. I definitely recommend this to everyone, including kids that can walk. The 3D glasses will allow them to see the floor in 3D, so they can play as to not step on the monsters and water part, just the colorful wooden parts."
