"Don't waste your time with customer service here. Use Home Depot's text feature. I brought in a used shower head that failed within a week of purchase and was told there's absolutely nothing they could do about it. The item had no original packaging so I was told the item couldn't be resold. It was a broken item. No kidding it can't be resold. Within ten minutes of texting customer service I was sent a UPS return label and told the refund will be sent within 3-5 days. I'm sure store return policy is more strict but I can't believe how absolutely useless the store was."
"Staff is very hard to find and when you do actually manage to hunt someone down, they seem grumpy when you ask them a question. I found help hiding in the appliances section where 3 employees were sitting around chatting. I'm not one of those people who mention competition to add insult to injury but, Lowes staff is much better."
"Nice and fast...ordered online and picked up dewalt 60v within 2 hours. Free battery made value incredible. Blue box store still not doing 60v dewalt tools."
"This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a hardware store. I chose a large plant from their store and went to the cash register. There was no price on it, and no sticker. The employee told me there was no way for her to sell it to me. I went back to get a price from another plant that was the same but the rest were dying, so I wanted the one I chose. Still, the cashier made no attempt to help me out. She didn't care and offered no solution, leaving me standing there holding a large plant, both of us standing in silence. I put the plant down and walked out with my money. This isn't the first time I've had a poor experience at this store. I'll just avoid it from here on out."
