"Lately this store is chaos when it comes to employee’s most of them have no clue what they are doing.. I tried to redeem one of my rewards this morning and the employee didn’t know how to process it…. I still have the reward but the unconvinced is more upsetting… Too many employees during the day trying to stock the shelves and do all the over orders… Suggestions Train your employees better to know how to completely do their job Have at least 2 floaters working a mid shirt to not only keep the store stocked, also doubling as loss prevention…. Hey the floaters can also handle the Uber orders as well which leaves people at the register which around 5 pm there is usually only 1 person to perform these duties which upsets also of customers Upset customer create recanue loss it is logical thinking. 5/10 Tonight I was in the store and Geo the employee was awesome so I changed my rating to 4 stars. You need to have only 2 employees during the day and 1 mid shift and 1 closer The issue I have is during the day you havre 3 employees working and nighttime there is only 1 which makes no sense. There is long lines, upset customers and the nighttime employee has to handle the"

"Called them multiple times no answer. Finally arrived and asked to make a money order for him to smile and say the machine doesn’t work. I questioned him about not answering the phone and he continued to repeat the machine doesn’t work like a dummy. Not realizing had he answered the phone like he’s supposed to I would’ve received my answer and not had to waste money nor a trip. Horrible customer service. Don’t recommend and don’t advertise things you don’t do."

"Today is 2/12/24 @1:30pm. Entered the store to purchase soda chips and 2 hotdogs. Hotdog bread was cold, no condiments available accept for onions. When we asked the 3 employees for a refund they said they couldn't reimburse us. The soda machine was down and at the time being worked on. Freezers were empty so I could only purchase a can of coke. This place is going down and getting worse by the day. Everytime I go into this store it's always a problem. Very low on most items. Workers couldn't communicate with me. Horrible!! ! I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is getting bad beyond repair. Never again."

"Place has gone severely downhill. The sorry excuses for employees they have couldn't have LESS interest in honoring the signs attached to products, act haughty and dismissive, and can barely communicate. I'd give fewer stars if I could."
