"I definitely felt relief here compared to the big box stores like home depot or lowes who often ran out of staple items and have them in disarray. Here i found 3/4" ball valves for radiators, nipples and couplings (though they didn't have a hex coupling). They close early and during the week only, that makes it challenging for private parties but also for mom and pop plumbers who can't focus on job and push part replenishing activities for after hours. The prices are surprisingly reasonable ! You will not get much store help though. Checkout process can be lengthy and there's always a line, keeps help people off the aisles to help. Return policy is great if you don't use the parts."

"Had a warranty is due with a Bradford-White water heater recently. Jeff, the manager, at the Malden store, was very helpful and patient. He took the time to call Bradford-White and straighten out the discrepancy. He also spoke with the contractor/plumber and put all the arrangements in place for reimbursement, so I didn't have to.
