"I keep taking a chance on this location but each time I go through the drive thru they get my order wrong or something is missing, plus my large drink is filled up half w ice... . Of course I don't find this out until I'm home. I ve lost money and disappointed. I have also noticed they have a lot of young people that are in a hurry behind the counter. My suggestion: train better, Mgr needs to pay attention more. I'm sure there are many people w the same issue. Should've went to Burger King across the street.. next time I will."

"Ordering through the McDonalds app has been a pain the last several times I have been to this location. The first time my order was not put in the system for in person pick up, the second time for a drive through pick up nothing came through so i had to come inside and wait to sort it out, and this last time through a delivery 2/4 of the items were missing. The bag was noticeably lighter immediately and I was prepared to see items missing. Unfortunately, doordash can only refund the two items, leaving me to pay for the tip and the delivery fee for the incomplete order, which is an extremely expensive service given the food. Ultimately, I do not trust ordering at this restaurant through the app, which has the deals that make McDonalds financially worth it in the first place."

"My friend that takes my payment every day is wonderful! Such a sweet woman, they are all sweet there, all of the women that work there are wonderful as well as the men. I love getting my coffee at this McDonald's!"

"This location is so inconsistent. We live next door and visit quite frequently. There is a HUGE difference between the day crew and the night crew. We have never had any issues with the day crew, but the night crew absolutely needs some calibration. We ordered the same exact 2 coffees yesterday as we did tonight and we literally had to throw them in the trash tonight because they’re not able to be consumed. My boyfriend went inside to say something and was handed extra creamers. His drink usually comes with mocha and caramel sauce with whipped cream, but tonight came with straight cream and nothing else. Couldn’t even communicate with anyone inside. Absolutely flabbergasted with how management is running this place at night. We have had SO many issues and nothing is being done about any of it! Management reached out via phone call after these posts, but never fixes the actual issues within the restaurant."
