Reviews
"I was hoping that this place would be really immersive and cool. I love history and this is one of the most touristed places in Salem. Nice that it’s a few minutes walk from our home. The show is outdated and the mannequins are very old and need to be replaced. The presentation takes up most of the tour. Then you’re guided down some halls which have some history details. It’s not a bad place, just not as good as I would expect for a town with such a rich history and witch culture."
"It is a nice and good place to learn some of the history. Our tour guide though seemed rush and kind of upset. The staff selling the tickets was not very friendly and seemed upset that we asked questions. I do recommend this visit."
"The Witch History Museum in Salem is fantastic! It tells the story of the Salem Witch Trials in a really interesting way. The exhibits are engaging, with life-size scenes and great storytelling. The guides are very knowledgeable and friendly, making history come alive. It’s a must-visit if you’re in Salem and want to learn about this fascinating and spooky part of American history. Perfect for both kids and adults!"
"Look your in Salem and yeah you know the history but you still got to go… the young lady who led the tour and told the history is getting married in 56 days, congratulations and I hope it’s a wonderful day. This is a very simple tour, great overview of the history, meager gift shop, not expensive and only 25 minutes long. Just do it."
"Recently came here for a tour. Tour guide was very friendly. For 13$, it was worth it. They walk you around the museum explaining the history on the witches stories. Interesting for sure."
