"I got a car in December. Had to get a rental car two weeks later because it started going dead when I drove. Wasn't too pissed because they said they would fix it for me. Went to pick it up and they charged me $270 for valve cover gaskets. Its been in the shop three times now and they never fix it. They patch it and give it back. The KBB value was 3,000 I expected mark up but 7 grand?!? Good thing I thought of it as a rental car. I'm so glad to be done with them."

"I dont even want to give them a star. I've said a few times since buying 2 MONTHS AGO that it was messed up, now several days ago i ended up on the side of the road. The motor is blown. I was already having a hard time with multiple bad health issues and cleaning homes was getting me by. I lost my clients now. When I called them the lady in the office was rude saying "well I can't go work for you" after I explained my transportation was all keeping me surviving. I HAVE TO pay them every week and HAVE TO carry $200 a month full coverage, so why don't they HAVE TO stand behind their product? An engine shouldn't blow after 2 months if a company was selling on the up and up. Now I'm sitting home with an expensive fix and they know that just like others I'll send it back, they get a free close to 1500 and a car back to half fix and sell to an unlucky place again. My life is ruined. Thanks."
