"I can't say enough good things about this place. First they replaced all the brakes and rotors on my car and completed that work in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Then the lower control arm on my daughter's car broke on Thursday ( 08/18/2023). We had the car towed to Western Tires Friday morning. Moses looked at the damage and gave me an estimate for repairs. He explained exactly what was broken, why it was broken, and what needed to be done to fix the car. He did say that the price was an estimate because of the cost of parts. He didn't talk down to me or treat me like I wouldn't understand "because I'm a girl" and this is a major consideration for me when dealing with anything related to cars. He treated me with respect. Less than 24 hours after he got my daughter's car, he called to tell me it was fixed. This was a MAJOR repair job because the entire rear steering control system had to be replaced. We expected this to take a week or two, but Moses had the work completed in a day. (On a weekend, at that!) The cost of the repairs was in line with his quoted estimate and he did not try to up-sell for repairs that were not needed."

"$30 for a tire patch. Outrageous! Only reason I paid because I didn't feel like driving elsewhere. But a tire patch for a small nail has never been that much at any other place I've been. The clerk who serviced me also was semi rude telling me "don't worry about it, it's fixed" when I asked was he able to remove the nail. Not terrible but won't be back."
