"Unfortunately, I've had to modify my review from 5 stars to 2. The last 2 times I've gone to get service from them I haven't been able to get anyone to help me. The first time I waited forever before someone helped me. Then they never came back and finally another worker came to help me. Yesterday I tried them again. I waited so long that I finally walked to the office door to see if someone would help me. An employee came up to tell me I needed to move my car. I said ' sure can I get a....' He walked off quickly making it clear he didn't care what I needed so I just left. I'm trying out other tire stores now hoping to find a good one. Affordable used tires still in great condition and they get the job done quickly. They dont look like much on the outside but they have become my favorite tire store in Rome."
