"You have to stop telling customers when they purchase wallpaper that you can return with a slip or if no slip you can receive store credit. YA NOT SO MUCH. Went there today and was told w/o the slip I was SOL I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE ."
"I have always used this shop for shopping paints for my home in the last 10 years. The price was reasonable. Recently, I went there to buy a quarter paint to paint some spots on my interior wall, and the shop charged me $37 ! This is a crazy price! Later, I went to Home Depot, and the quarter paint only costs $14. You can't justify a threefold price by any excuse. I am not going to buy paints from this shop anymore; it is a total rip-off in the name of inflation."
"We recently did a kitchen remodel, and hired their color consultant, Stacey, to help us choose our paint colors. She came to our home, and was incredibly helpful. She knows the Benjamin Moore line inside and out, and was able to immediately provide color suggestions. After the meeting, she drops off large paper swatches of the selected colors, which eliminated the need to buy those little pots of paint. We highly recommend this service!"
"Have had great service here for the last few years. I just wanted to commend these guys for doing such a great service during the caronavirus shutdown. The phone and curbside service is/was outstanding. No contact, orders and payment by phone. Shout out to Sean and Ruth! They continue to be accomodating and have put new protective measures in place. "Prices are incredible! I go here without needing to shop around anymore. They're the best. Not gonna go anywhere else. I been here numerous times and all the staff have been very knowledgeable and very helpful every time I been there. Nate's the man! No point in going to big box stores for paint/stains/wallpaper. They don't carry the complete line and what they select to carry are usually junk and similar priced to the quality paints from a real paint store like Benny More. From ceiling paint to wallpaper this place has all the goods at AMAZING prices. Try them out you won't regret it. -China Man (we know where to shop)"
