"Came in today looking for a garden hose when I checked on the app it told me to see a sales associate because they are out of season but they do have 300 in stock of the particular one I was looking for. When I did see the associate, I was told that he wasn’t able to get it for me because it was in overhead I asked why then the app told me I could come and see him or any associate to get it. He then reluctantly said he would do it for me, but it would take an hour because the garden section was really busy, which was kind of funny because I was the only person outside standing in the rain in the garden center at the time so I left told him I would be purchasing from their competitor and he didn’t care l, then noticed him walk away to the service desk and stand around doing nothing. I don’t understand what was so busy or what would’ve taken an hour but like I said being on your cell phone and chitchatting with other employees who are also on the clock doing nothing is more important than a servicing a customer apparently. Off to lowes I go"
"What can I say as we all know .they are the go to spot for one stop construction needs .good prices amd so many itmes under one roof"
"The store always has what I need but not at a low price. I can get the same things at Lowe’s significantly cheaper. There are no staff to help and the cashiers are rude and difficult to work with. Go to Lowe’s instead."
"Do NOT place an online order for pickup to this store. Their inventory is not correct. Said they had 9, I ordered 4, they couldn't find one. Picker associate just canceled that part of order. No call, no notice. Just an email stating to wait for a refund. Takes "3-5 business days" for return to "process". And a call to store manager, says my only option is placing another order. What if inventory is not correct at other store? How many orders must be placed for item to be forfilled? You can't call another store, see if they have the items I purchased. And then let me know they have it at another store. I, as the customer, have to do the logistics for the company? Probably 3rd time happening. And it's taken this many times to find out I cannot rely on the company website to order product and it be there. So, why have the pickup in store option available on online order?"
"I tried ordering a tool through delivery via the pro desk. Everything went well except for the fact that it was never delivered and I was sent a text saying it’s ready for pick up. I called the store maybe 5-10 times trying to figure out what the issue is and I’ve been hung up on every single time. When I call back they just decline the call and literally won’t offer assistance. Extremely unprofessional. They’re asking for an order# which was never given to me and when I present the PO# used to purchase the item they can’t find the purchase. So now I have to take the time out of my day to go to the location and deal with them in person and probably get helped my someone who acts like I’m doing them a disservice. Don’t get mad at me for having to do your job. Please hire people who actually want to help and don’t decline calls on your customer assistance line. Very bad look."
