"For the most part, the experience was good. There are new practices since the last time I bought a car from here that are quite inconvenient. Such as the new process of a 3rd party to issue license plates. It’s now been several weeks since I bought my wife’s car and we still don’t have plates for it because “they’re running behind”. The temp tags put on the car when we bought it expired while my wife was visiting her mother so, I had to call back and have the Business Dept this store call the store nearest where my wife was to issue her a second temp tag. As of the time of me writing this, I still don’t have the permanent tags. Had they just allowed me to leave with the paperwork to do it myself, I’d have had tags on the car in 12 hours. It’s just extra unnecessary stress. Also, supposedly, I’m getting an email so I can set up the reoccurring payments. The first payment is now due in just a few days and I still have no clue how to make the payment. I’m sure it’ll be handled relatively easy with a phone call but, still, it’s something that shouldn’t have to happen. I feel like the ball has now been dropped twice and it’s someone annoying. The customer service, however, is top notch. Our salesman was an adamant professional and my wife and I felt welcomed from the second we walked through the door. The saving grace of my experience was Justin in the Business Dept. He handled himself while dealing with an annoyed me in the best possible way and couldn’t have been more helpful. He certainly deserves recognition for a job well done."

They offered me a reasonable price for my car, the paperwork process was fast and efficient, and the people were friendly and helpful. Just the opposite of what you think the used or new car sales experience would be."

"Everyone was awesome but Sarah and Brandon helped us primarily. They helped us work through some speed bumps to make sure we had the answers to all of our questions. My lender had some pretty specific requirements and Brandon facilitated the process without seeming aggravated in the least. Sarah helped me with the actual purchase and set me up with an appointment for an aftermarket part that was missing based on the listing. I’ll be looking here first the next time I need a vehicle because of those two associates."
